I’ve got his Benjamin rabbit and the stranger danger book . Yes he wrote a child protection book in the mid 80’s most primary schools had a copy. I use it when training staff.

I know that we were all children of some sort of age back in the day but how comes our parents even didn't seem to twig what these blokes were up to?
I remember watching other kids having their dream of say visiting a JCB factory and thinking that I wish that could be me but at Yamaha factory for example. Not anymore though, god knows what those kids may have experienced via the likes of him.

No no no no no,,I was going to have a rant there for a second but I won't,,
The crimes committed by these and many others are one of the worst you can imagine and people who aid to stop such acts,, we all know him so I won't say who he is,,gett my utmost respect and praise for the work they do,, my son works for the plod a computer forensic guy, he don't speak much about it but some of these people are very sneaky and clever and to look you would never see it a bit like saville ect,, they are in the limelight famous and all the charity work he did,, well you would never think,, but folk new and kept it quiet and for that they should be ashamed, or worse,, oh I'm ranting lol, ile stop, just wanted to say if your reading this mate the work you do is appreciated and I salute you

Steve have to disagree those best able to Hunt the hunters are those that have sadly been ‘chosen’ And whom do survive . Survivors are only those that understand the mechanisms of grooming. Those with a sexual interest in children cannot be cured there is no cure no golden bullet irrespective of their compliance or regret it’s generally regret that they were caught.
Therapy doesn’t minimise the danger only makes them more insightful about avoidance.
Do not ever believe they were victims themselves that is an oft quoted minimisation used by offenders to seek empathy and understanding as to why they abuse and it has zero credibility and is bullshit never proved in fact it is dis proven. Why would a survivor perpetuate the horror they suffered?

It's beyond horrific what victims of this kind of crime go through and no amount of sympathy will change that. I don't believe however enough credit goes to those who fight this kind of crime. We all praise them and call them heroes etc, but that doesn't even scratch the surface. I darent even try to imagine the horrors they see, let alone having to go to bed knowing I've got to get up and do it all again tomorrow and the day after. It must be soul destroying. Some people deserve to be paid like top professional footballers, but even that wouldn't be enough.
