I'm probably stating the obvious, but why not re-engineer your existing barrels?

375 barrels are a one try then scrap for me
For that kind of money I'd want some nice standard ones
I came across a standard 64mm bore pair last week that needed bored to first size
They were £525 then would be another £160 for bore/pistons but that would have been a mint set for £685
They are gone now I'm afraid

Also, tuning has moved on on the last 10 years. Old school tuning lifted the revs so peak would be at over 10K revs and this would seriously reduce crank life. It is now possible to get power below 10k.

Tuning by a well known name and in good nick with a tune you want, ie 'fast road' or 'race' etc is fine, but random porting by some unknown... no ta.

I had 375 barrels and heads with the semi hybrid bike, when I bought it. Inlets had been opened up for Pv reed blocks too. The liners were very thin though, and I wasn't keen on rebuilding the engine and using the top end, so I bought standard barrels and used a NOS head that I already had, and sold the 375's on. And if your studs are buggered I'm sure mutts just got a set sorted for a mate And I'm talking totally shagged Steve bike runs fine ; its me being a bit anal , plus I don't really want to repair a repair . it looks like one of the outside studs broke a chunk off of the barrell and then was built up with aluminium weld then tapped , it runs fine , just me being a tart

Totally missing bits on the barrels Ground out, welded up then machined back If you didn't know... Steve
