Hi all I need some help and inspiration my rd250lc clutch seems to be slipping a bit when the engine warms up . So I would like to upgrade my plates, springs or even put a lock out clutch. What have other people used I would like to hear your opinion . Cheers Rob

Hi I fit Ebc frictions and steels, and 3 of the stiffer springs that come in the kit. DRC043 is the part number, I think. Not all aftermarket clutch plates are the correct thickness, but these are. Don't think you'll need a lock up clutch Dusty

Check the length of the springs, yam springs are made weakly and chances are springs is all you need on a standard bike and new OEMs are cheap.

would you still have the rubber rings between the clutch plates? if so try taking them out first.. could be a cost effective solution

Without the rubber rings the clutch may drag.
