I know, I am thinking of taking my set of clocks off my 421LC and putting some electronic ones on that I do, then selling the LC clocks as I'll break even give or take !

I'm going to have a spare set, don't know if I'd be too embarrassed to sell them on ebay 🤨

I have 7 sets of clocks, 4 lc uk sets and 3 31k kidney, now managed to get a set of std bore lc barrels, adding them to my stash of std 4L0 pipes uncut rear muddies and no plate holders, horn covers, centre stands amongst all the other shite, sure I've 1 or 2 pv tanks in good nick as well, rather hang on to it tbh esp once my new 3 bay garage is completed. Been speaking to mutts about buying some of his stuff lathe and milling machine as he wants to replace some of his stuff for his new double storey garage.

Sounds like you need to employ armed guards to patrol the perimeter of your garage. You are sitting on a gold mine!

Just stuff ive managed to accumulate over the years of building these bikes, no one really wanted them and i just stashed stuff rather than binning them. Tbh i sold a load of my old NOS stuff a while back before stuff got too crazy never thought there would be such prices, and im a bit like matt and steve you never know when you'll want something, matt has just built a not far off nos 31k.

Judging by how hard stuff is to find now and the crazy prices asked Im glad I managed to score what i did over the years. Our bikes and their parts used to be cheap and easy to find, now not so much. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png)

As the supply of donors dries up , seems the emerging sources are prizing parts from stashers and the LC ‘dark web’ ....I know a man who knows a man...meet you in a particular car park 23.00 no talking 😂

Oh and I’m neither it’s all lies I was winding up Steve. If I really had all that I’d be relaxing on my yacht in the Caribbean not stuck in Leicestershire about to work with a group for the rest of the day.

Posted it Thursday ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Dusty Where could I find clock glass and rubber edging fellas please? ..as for prices I paid £500 for my first ever 350LC and it was a couple of years old at the time, but the less we beat ourselves up about the things we should have bought and shouldn't have sold the better.. Actually a few years before that I was offered a 250E for £50 as it had a broken throttle cable and the owner couldn't be doing with fixing it and instead wanted rid & I just didn't have £50 to my name then!

Reckon we should all chip in and build a time machine, head back to 1985 and bring a shitload of parts back. By my calcs - we'll save a fortune.
