Is there any difference between the Yamaha RZ350RR (full fairing) and RZ500 Instrument Clusters because the look the same?

Not sure, but the 500 doesn’t have a mechanical rev counter and the 500 has a 16 inch wheel. So that might throw off the proper speed you are traveling at.

not really. The speedo is different, but the rest is the same both have leccy tacho. The speedo will work on the other bikes, tho as tacky says im not 100% sure of the rolling radius of the wheel and the gearing etc.

Oh and I assume the 500 will be the same as UK spec and have a higher speed on it
In UK 350 is 120mph scale. 500 is 150mph
Tzr250 is also 150 mph
Fz600 is 130mph
Rd350r (4ce) is 150 mph but there is no cut out for the self cancel reed switch. You can see the outline so it can be cut out easily

Ie the 500 is a 3m5-25190, which also fits the FJ1200 so is a factor of the ratio, the dimensions (tho they look very similar) and also the axle size. Here is a bunch of different ones, easy to check what bikes they are off and work out axle sizes etc www.google.com/search?q=yamaha+25190&tbm=isch&ved=2ahUKEwjSn_Co74jqAhX4nUsFHSYYBi0Q2-cCegQIABAA&oq=yamaha+25190&gs_lcp=CgNpbWcQA1C39gVY-4EGYLGDBmgAcAB4AIABjAGIAccHkgEDMC43mAEAoAEBqgELZ3dzLXdpei1pbWc&sclient=img&ei=HA_qXtKhPPi7rtoPprCY6AI&bih=941&biw=1893you could also remove the gears and fit them to other drives I reckon if you were keen, maybe the main gear is the only difference and the rest of the parts will work together (depends on the gears if they are paired etc), if so then you can just pop the gear out and try it on the drive you have. Roll the wheel the length of one revolution of the original wheel and count the speedo drive turns, you may well manage to get the numbers to work?!
