F2 bitsa cdi

Hi there currently building a f2 hybrid out of a bike i bought in bits but it looks like alot of the parts are mix and match the cdi is a 52y-50 cdi and its a 1wt loom iv read the how to but my colours dont match any help would be helpful heres some photos :
