Hi everyone, just a quick question. I took the clocks off my 4lo a while back to fix the broken tachometer. I am trying to fit it all back together but I can’t find the blue/red connector for the parking light. The wiring has not been messed about with and I assume it was there when I disconnected it. Anybody help with an idea where in the loom it appears in the headlight shell. Cheers

I think it comes from the connector block for the ignition switch.

The only blue/red I can see is in the 9way connector to the speedo. The Hanyes manual says they are colour coded for easy faulting😂. The wiring diagram shows it as a single connector so you would think it was obvious.

Thanks for that guys. The reason I can’t see it is it’s broken off☹️. Something else to fix.

The blue red wire side of the bulb holder comes from the blue on the connector block. That is why I had to make a lead up to slide in by the wire as shown in the pictures.

You could eject the one connector and either replace it with two wires crimped in, or solder your replacement wire to the current connection.
