heres a good read if you like these race bikes. The stuff this guy repairs or makes from scratch is fabulous! He even repaired his damaged crankcases, the finished bike is beautiful Heres the build thread. Best regards Johnny C.

Owning half a tz700 top end I can say bloody hell they are expensive my reed blocks are only available from one place in the world in the USA they are over £175 each, the barrels and head are over £500 plus reconditioning costs plus re nikasil even the exhaust springs are stupid money, my top end owes me probably about £1500, everything is expensive with these bikes, would I like one you bet your arse. They and the Rg500 are the absolute epitome of cool and class. 👍

Yep very expensive! Here is a TZ750 at the Classic TT during practic session. He crashed it at the Isle of Man, rebuilt it and went onto the Philip Island Classic a year ago.

Thanks for posting fellas I just love all those old race bikes. Always been a dream to own one, which, of course, will never happen when you look at the cost of them, but I think they are beautiful creations Nearest I will get is a Tz tank and seat unit !! Dusty
