Hey,
As far as I know the correct color code for a black 1983 LC2 is 6G/NYB.. However I'm having trouble finding this paint in Denmark. Can anyone point me to an alternative black color that's the same? It can't just be as simple as RAL 9005 Jet Black ? Or can it?

To be honest when I'm doing black bodywork I just use the straight black the painter get off the mixing station
It after all Just black
Even if you were trying to match original panels it would be different due to age and uv
I've done 3 so far and nobody has ever said it's the wrong shade of black lol

+1 for black.
Although I think pure white tinter is further away from the LC OEM white, but that’s a different story.

Yes, but I really don’t think it matters unless your trying to build a 100% perfect repro to please the rivet counters or olive drab brigade (or the even more hard core ‘wrong shade of olive drab brigade’).

A bit of blue flake metal in it will do. This pops in the sun👍
