Thanks Dusty for uploading, (and thanks for driving) I think Stafford is "the" best bike show by a long way.
I'm already looking forward to next year!

Great pics thanks Dusty. was gutted I missed it but clashed with other plans. Love the 7up.
Seems like a lot of specials on the stand, no one seems to do stock anymore!

That flat tracker is Joe banks, did the exhausts, Iggy, PD etc and set it all up, its a monster of a bike, huge power for so little weight, he rang me up after getting it back to ask about what gearing to use as it kept wheeling in 4th gear !

No dusty, go away with the TR pics 🤣🤣🤣
Strangely I'm watching a pair of those 3 spoke wheels 🤔
I'd be more confident in them if I knew how you bolt a sprocket to them. Surely there is a cush drive

I read the build thread on the ADV forum, It's called Stroking my Banshee for Kenny.

I love Tr's anyway - always have - and I thought the pics may appeal to you Steve Those wheels are, I think, "H" section Dymags. And that flat tracker is stunning - one of the best builds that I saw at the show, The more you look at it, the more special it becomes. I absolutely love it, and very different to the norm. Dusty

Last few pics - all a bit random !! The main hall at Stafford is just 1 part of a huge show - there are other halls crammed full of bikes and traders, plus a huge autojumble outside, a big Suzuki marquee, a paddock where they fire up different bikes etc; 20191019_114443 by dusty miller, on Flickr Took this pic, just because that swingarm is such a work of art. The clearance between sprocket teeth and arm is approx. 1 fag paper !! 20191019_123217 by dusty miller, on Flickr Lc sprint bike; 20191019_114935 by dusty miller, on Flickr Always wanted a Harris; 20191019_114503 by dusty miller, on Flickr I have a "thing" for older race bikes; 20191019_125001 by dusty miller, on Flickr 20191019_124930 by dusty miller, on Flickr 20191019_105800 by dusty miller, on Flickr Some Suzukis. My X7 was very much the same; 20191019_122838 by dusty miller, on Flickr 20191019_123105 by dusty miller, on Flickr 1 for the Ducati fans; 20191019_125158 by dusty miller, on Flickr And last pic. Allen Millyard had his own stand with about 7 of his bikes displayed. They all look factory produced - the standard of workmanship is unbelievable ! The "Flying Millyard" is physically huge, and is a 5 litre monster with 2x Pratt and Whitney Wasp aircraft engine cylinders mated to a crankcase he designed himself; 20191019_100848 by dusty miller, on Flickr Dusty

Wow. As M.M. says, well done Dusty for going to the effort of posting and sharing all those amazing pics for everyone to enjoy.
I am definitely going to make it to Stafford in April and see these works of art for myself plus the new specials that this winter turns out too.

Jon, I have been to the April show before (albeit probably 4 -5 years ago) and it was quite a bit different to the October show. It has a lot more vintage/older bikes, more British bikes and a lot less Japanese classics. It may have changed since then but check out exhibitors list before going unless of course that is also your passion.
The October show is my preferred show even though this year what is normally a 1 1/2hrs journey from Gloucester took over 3 hours with the last 2 miles taking 1 1/2hrs due no doubt to the amount of rain we have had and getting vehicles into the fields to park. We were there on the Saturday and did not get into the show until nearly 1pm having left home around 9.30am. We left at 5pm and only just got out of the field thanks to a security giving us a push and there was already 3 vans and a motorhome waiting for the tractor. It was lovely flat field we had never parked in before so god only knows what it must have been like on Sunday. Having said that still a thoroughly enjoyable show and very busy.
