Anyone else got a Nitron shock fitted to their LC (Not PV) What is the shock ID on your build details? Reason I ask is that the shock won't fit at the top because the shock body clashes with the edge of the frame. (See picture: priorygraphics.co.uk/nitronSo I cannot get the top mounting of the shock to line up with the LC mounting point, the frame stop this. I shouldn't really have to to start hacking my frame to get this to fit. The Hagon I had fitted OK, its as though the shock top mounting point not far enough away from the shock body to clear the frame I shall be calling them tomorrow. But any thoughts on here please Can't load any pic as flicker doesn't seem to be working

It may be the wrong one
I just looked at the pic in norbo's shop and it looks like it wouldn't foul either way

Been in touch with Nitron - Really shouldn't have to run upside down to make a premium product fit the bike. Not chuffed at the mo.

They don't have a good rep on the TDR forum due to fitment issues, and being slow to fix them. Hope they sort it out for you quickly.
I've used their shocks on more modern bikes a couple of times with no issues.

Hagon fixed a shock for me several years out of warranty for free !

There customer service doesn't seem great. Girl answering phone didn't seem to know much about bikes and said she would pass a message on. No one called me back. So I emailed them, got a reply to say the bike guy was off today and they would get him to call me tomorrow.
I also put a thread on the RD FB page and a couple of replies say you have to install upside down to get it to fit.... which surely can't be right. You don't buy a premium product then have to install in wrong for it to work, not to my mind anyway.
At the moment I don't have a shock, so not best pleased.
Interested in Norbo's thought here - like have you sold any?

I bought one from Norbo for my 4lo years ago, installed it with the compression clicker at the top, works fine , great controlling shock.
