Nice base for a project 😉
You can fit an lc2 bikini fairing
You would need to change to lc2 headlight/fairing bracket and fairing
You would either need to mod the frame brackets for the belly pan or drill new holes in it

Nice looking bike Pete It's an F2, but has earlier wheels with holes rather than slots. Frame will start 1wt, engine 1ua. Dusty

The nose cone was fitted to the first Lc2 model powervalve - my favourite The top yoke on that model had risers for Lc style bars - difference being the Lc2 top and bottom yokes were 35mm fork diameter, whereas the Lc were 32mm. You may find an Lc2 top yoke works/looks best with a c**kpit fairing. Other issue is the F2 forks are longer to accept the clip on style bars that are fitted as standard. I've never done the mod, but I'm sure the Pv guys will tell you more Dusty

You will need Lc2 yolks, bars, and clutch perch and N2 clocks and mounts and its easier to use Lc2 forks,I did it with the standard forks on a F2 it didn't look right so i took it all off again.

The f2 clocks will fit inside an lc2 fairing, have seen it done. Just needs a bracket fabricated to mount to the fairing bracket
N clocks fit too
As said ideally lc2 top yoke to convert to bars and ideally an lc2 throttle and clutch cable
Fork wise you can fit lc2 stanchions and springs to f2 lowers
Quite a bit of work/expense to go the full hog

I have to say I was biting my lip for the first few posts wondering WHY? Glad to see you are coming around to my way of thinking. I have one and used to think the standard F2 was a bit of a pig aesthetically, but now it’s grown on me. You may not have the sweet looks of the early bikes but you do have the sweet YPVS motor.

I’m sure my F2 had a satin top yoke 30+ years ago? Grab rail is more gloss than satin, but not really what I’d call gloss. Jon

Yeah, I have looked at my original and agree the grab rail is a sort of semi gloss but not quite satin. The top yoke is more matt but 30 years of wear makes it difficult to be precise.
