Has anyone got any pics of the inside of the tacho clock?
I bought a second hand one and it was rattling so I want to see what it's supposed to look like inside.
Cheers

There is very little in the tacho itself (especially once you remove the temp gauge part), its all very simple.
To be honest if something is loose its going to be obvious, the only bits that move in there are the moving parts of the gauges and nothing that would rattle.

I've had it apart now and it's a funnel type thing thats rattling, and I'm sure it's for the instrument bulb, but it has a definite way round it should go in, a pic would show which way round it should be.

Ahh yes they do drop out of the glue fails, flat side on the inside to reflect the light back to the rim I think.
Edited to add: any Yam (or other) unit will be the same, check on ebay, youtube etc.
