just spent a weekend in krakow and went to auschwitz with 19 lads and all of us were wiping tears away, having said that i've just booked again so i can show my 14 year old dauhghter the same thing , f**k the money and f**k the x missus, am i right in doing this ??

Somewhere i've always wanted to go.An ex's mum went a few years ago and when i looked through her photo's it didn't look right in colour if you know what i mean.

Whereabouts in Germany is Auschwitz? We are riding there again in 2 weeks so could be a stop off.

you gotta go there guys its an eerie place i was there in 06 and its hard to imagine the horrors that happened there,you will be moved by it,also take the time to walk the rail tracks to Berkenau

yes it did Nick i'm hoping to go back this year and spend a full day there to take it all in properly'as last time it was november and we didn't get there until after 12.30 pm so it got dark very quickly

we all know what happened in these places and we've all seen various documentries,but and i kid you not, you ACTUALLY feel what happened when you're there and strangeley enough, for me, the nazi's never entered my mind during the day there it was the suffering and humiliation that overwhelmed me one particular thing that struck me was the photos of the people who sufferd there, the women looked broken but the men were all standing proud, almost a sense of " there's nothing you can do to me that you haven't done already " every living person should visit this place . Sorry for the solemn subject .
