Am I correct in thinking that +2.5 rebore the biggest the YPVS cylinders will take (safely)

To be honest 2mm is about it
Some say either 1ua or 31k can go to 2.5 but can't remember which one
Personally I wouldn't want to chance it

There is also the PV valves fit to consider with silly overborings Yep, anything over 1.5mm needs pv's trimmed as well as head gasket Anything over 1.5 I'd be looking for replacement cylinders Steve

At the moment I have the engine (and a spare) at 2.5. The original engine is in the bike now and running as it came with pistons etc but, one side slightly gives more pressure than the other. But, it starts and runs ok - just was thinking whether to get liners renewed and go back to original bore size
