Fitted a stronger spring into rear master cylinder, this now makes the plunger operate a lot better and does not stick. The rear brake calliper still is binding a bit. The calliper piston came out easily, now lunge or rust, seal looks ok,clean inside. little grease pushed piston back in with fingers.
The problem i have is bleeding the rear calliper, can't seem to get the air bubbles out. fluid is passing through, topping up reservoir.
brake paddle seem to be better, took it for a run, back brakes a lot better now.
but even tho the back wheel spins free enough,it still makes a noise of sticking and disc was warm.
what else can i do. ,its as if the pads are not fully coming off,can feel resistance now on brake peddle and the back wheel is locking up when braking.

Not sure if this is your problem but many caliper seals are directional and they may be in the wrong way.

Did you take the pivot pin and tube apart and grease ? The calliper is one sided so when the piston backs off the calliper needs to recenter itself. To do that it needs to pivot freely.

It’s usually the small pressure relief hole in the master cylinder that is blocked and is stopping the piston coming back when you release the brake
