hi guys, unfortuantly i need some space to make way for a new bike, any way my beloved rm250 has got to go. i will post up a few pics to help out on this but basicaly i need to sell it and im not 100% sure on its age because the frame number doesnt tally up with any suzuki numbers,it looks identical to a 1991 uk model or a 1989 usa model. the frame number is " RJ26A 307253" can any body shed some light on this? if its been stolen and been re-stamped with randon numbers it must of been done atleast 10 years ago as i know its history and all numbers look genuine to me,the frame and engine numbers dont match, engine number is " J176 206724 " ive had a few poeple look at this including a local suzuki dealer who all agree the numbers look original but nobody can determine its exact age? when i rebuilt it i used parts from a 1991 model which all fitted fine, its newer bothered me before but now its time to sell im guessing this will be a issue.

Theres one on ebay claiming to be a 1989 thats identical except mines got different decals (think mine are original). any opinions posative or negative welcome?,im hopeing its a foreign import hence the strange numbers not a dodgy re-stamped frame, either way im not too bothered as its still a nice example of a 1989-1992 model either way
