quick question as not sure what I should put the value on my test engine out of my 350LC test bike, the bike is being retired from testing, so the test engine which runs perfect and has only spent its life on the dyno will be up for sale as I'll be fitting my stroked LC engine into the bike, along with a few other mods etc over winter.
I'll need to check, but think the bores are on either 0.50mm O/S or 1mm O/S, it had a new crank etc, etc when it was built, it will come with stator and flywheel etc, but no oil pummp as I need that, also no carbs, but everything else.
Its completely stock, no mods of any kind and runs the early barrels, condition and appearance is very good
I am thinkng of leaving it in the bike so interested parties can hear it/ride it before I remove it, will only take 30mins to remlove, crank cases are mint no chain damage etc
My initial thoughts are around the £800 mark, but given its ready to fit and doesn't need anything, I am wondering if I am being a little low on the price
Thoughts, comments welcome

I would leave your oil pump on it and get another for your other bike. That way you know whoever runs it has a good working pump and they are not going to flame you later if it were to blow up because they fitted a poor pump.
I think about £1000 with the pump is around the right sort of money.

There's a least 10+ on fleabay, and I did notice for the first time, that Norbo does now sell the 350 worm drives as well.

At least a grand, though I'd say more as it's proven and with as many dyno graphs as you'd want! If a good, standard non-matching numbers bike is selling for say, £5k, you have to consider what percentage of that is in the motor...

why not sell it with carbs as a complete engine ready to fit £1200 ono ,seems a shame to take carbs off seeing as the engine is running so well ,
