Argh , I,m my own worst enemy pulled the engine apart gonna build into a set of banshee cases gonna do a little change too one of the main internals whilst I,m at it , I,ll recycle these cases for a 375 P/V build so no wasting them ... Already for next use .. Interesting, anything yo do with the Banshee case having more meat along the front were the barrells sit? What changes are you doing, pining the crank mains perhaps?

Yeah , like u say mostly to do with the extra meat at the front , I know from experience as long as there sealed well ypvs cases aint a problem , but I,m keeping this motor and it looks tidier at the front when assembled ...

Yep know what you mean, wish I'd new about the Banshee cases before I bought me 31k cases, oh well in for a penny in for a pound!! Had my cases matched to barrels and squish set with my cases so no going back. If some come up I'll grab them for future. What's the best way to seal the bungs in with? Cheers.

I feckin hate you lot with your quick builds and your skills and experience, being a barely literate spanner monkey with more ideas than talent mine still isn’t finished and is still with Nigel of the Kimber, bugger. Cracking build and I’m loving the idea and the execution. 👍

I thought we didn’t use cerrated nuts as they wear barrel away and come slack I didn,t use the Serrated stainless nuts but they were supplied with washers to go underneath so wouldn,t of been a problem... On the underside I fitted locking nuts an the 12 point Ti,s on the barrels are as smooth as a babies butt...

Yep , internal panelling only goes halfway same height as a table inside , I can recall something rolling off a while back before I popped the parts into a tub...Oh well there,s always the w/end !!!

Custom made by a so called mate who had the balls out front to ask £100. t**t. Any engineering firm would make a set for maybe £20-30. Alex

Any engineering firm would make a set for maybe £20-30. Alex Yeah , if I cant find it I,ll have too loosely assemble measure an go get one turned , wished I written down the dimensions ... ::) has too go in now before further assembly commences as its nigh on impossible to fit later on.. ;-|
