This is something and perhaps nothing, my standard exhaust is closer to the swing arm on the off side of my bike. It becomes really noticeable when looking at the rear of the bike and using the rear wheel as a centre point. To note the bike has slid down the road on the side where its closer and the rash (although not bad) in the exhaust is a giveaway.
What if anything can I lever/apply pressure a little to square things up a little?

Sorry all just read what I have wrote in a mad rush earlier and its not making much sense, basically the right exhaust is noticeably closer to the swinging at the rear footrest point this becomes more apparent at the rear end of the exhaust. Is there anything i can do to equal it up?

There was a thread on here a little while ago about the same problem, with pics, (sorry, can't find it now) if the exhaust bracket isn't bent, then it's probably the frame lugs that have possibly taken the brunt of the crash.
You can either loosen and try and pull the exhaust outwards, or remove the footrest hanger, and bend the mounting tabs on the frame a bit. It could also be the end can tube bent, but that depends which model you have???
