I love this part of a rebuild, when every thing starts going back together, and you make huge progress with every part added Worst bit for me is all the fiddly bits you put off to the last (electrics in my case !!) Looks like it's going well - your mate will be well pleased Dusty

no, NK did it and RGV non banana swing arm conversion. Waiting on him doing the VFR wheels to fit in, then can get it rolling.

The servo motor is an easy strip and clean, just try to keep it as together as you can when you split the case or it will take you a while to work out how it all fits back in, but if it does fall apart its not rocket science, just a puzzle

Super, thanks. I've nothing to loose having a look, I was either given it or payed very little as only needed the mounting rubbers and sleeves as missing from a good one I had for my LC.

What axle size are the wheels? I ask as Ive CBR wheels and they are differently sized than the RGV setup, pretty much the opposite sizes actually. Ive been looking at oversize bearings / sleeves etc and so far have no definitive solution.

Hi jonw the wheels are nc29 which I believe are the same axle size as the Rgv ,NK Racing is going all the machining work he's the man to ask. Bryan Haynes is doing the build for me as my mechanical no how is pretty limited .
