hi guys rebuilt engine put one of those new carbs on her and she takes ages to start last time i ended up putting petrol down barrel boom straight up stopped her then tried starting again started straight away yipee so left it over night went to start it day after and shes being a cow to start again any suggestions ?/

Sounds like the choke circuit isn't functioning correctly.

I'd still strip it down and inspect.

Cows are less problematic lol. Sounds like choke problem as previously mentioned, try removing rubber between carb and air box, hold hand flat over back of carb to seal it while trying to start, if she fires up the problem is choke HTH

Cheers guys seem to think I did that n it started last time ffs new carb I'll strip down after mot on Saturday cheers
