Hi there everyone I was just wandering what good starting point would be with a 10W carb and a allspeed exhaust

What's in it at the moment ?, a standard 155 ?.
You don't normally need to change the jetting if the only change is an Allspeed.
I'm running mine with a 170 but only because I also have a Pipercross air filter element (in standard airbox) and it runs a perfect plug colour under serious abuse lol

That's right it does have a 155 main jet but when you read the tech section it says go up one step but what is one step

Well one step would be a 160 but that will make very little difference.
I'd say a 165 or 170 would be what I'd start at. You can always drop a size if it runs too rich ?.

Did you cut it to size? If so, where can i get a suitable filter from?

It was a while ago I did it, can't remember if I bought some Pipercross element foam or bought an element from a different bike that was bigger all round. Either way, I did cut my own down to shape

Normally a 10% increase is ideal for allspeeds with standard air box, which equates to 170.5 so id go 170 and then adjust needle clip to achieve perfection
