rd 125lc ypvs runs hot

so bought this last week , but it runs really hottemp guage to the max!! its not the oil pump or water pump or thermostat or a blocked rad, where can I get a new temp sensor from ? do you know what voltage it should be reading when the bike is up to temperature, mine reads 2.7 volts , any help please john.
