Got crank back and put lh bearing on cases sealed put balance gear on line up with primary drive all good when I torque up primary drive it goes tight as ferk don't believe I've missed anything out ie no thrust washer anyone else had this it's like full crank snagging on something any words of wisdom

If you put the flywheel on can you turn it over by hand? Mine was a tad tight after a new crank- not tight as feck. How tight is it?

It can be turned with a rachet but should run free I'll try putting fly wheel on tomorrow and see if that stops the slight movement let's hope it does

Figured it out it's the crank main pin it's been over egged when pressed back together n fouling the bearing I will get this engine together
