what do i have to do to just premix petrol in tank as regards pump? can i just premix and leave pump resv. empty,or do i have to disconnect pump/resvisor? dunno how to do this? premix would suit me as i know for certain that its getting the right mix. and i wouldent mind bringing small bottles 2 stroke wit me wen filling up at pumps............

yep asaiden said, ive always pre-mixed my fuel in jery cans at home,i think 40:1 is 125ml to 5 litres of fuel but dont quote me on that,if your mixing it in the tank make sure you give it a nice shake up when you fill it up and just before you start it up in the mornings as siome 2 stroke oil settles to the bottom of the tank over time

As far as blocking the feeds on the carbs, I just cut a 15mm piece of oil feed pipe and sealed one end with sealant. The rest as aiden said

I just used a length of oil feed pipe and joined the two carbs together.
