Just a quick reminder that I am holding the 2 stroke dyno day at my place this Saturday, all in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, the weather is looking good, so if you fancy a ride out and a bit of fun, you're all welcome.
You can run your bike as well if you fancy it, doesn't matter what size or make, its all fun, all runs are free, and donations are voluntary, no bucket shaking will be happening!
If you fancy staying over, just let me know as there is plenty of space for camping etc
it starts around 9am onwards at
72 Welham Road, Norton, YO17 9DS
At the moment the target to beat is 332bhp per litre !! - made by a 125 no less !
Hi Hope everyone has a great day The Air Ambulance is a great cause. I've been on quite a few jobs over the years with them ( London based), and they are brilliant. Looks like you are gonna get good weather too
Anyone in the area should pop along, mutts is a great fella and very knowledgeable about two stroke tuning. His missus makes a great cuppa too. Hope it goes well mutts mate. It's a little far for me to pop in but I'll be back when the pipes and other "bits" are fitted for another run.
Well what a great day, I can't thank people enough for their generosity and a fantastic day, by the end of the day we raised £528.83p for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which is far more than I was expecting, so a huge thanks to everybody who turned up and made the day a really memorable one
Dave, it was a fantastic day and thanks for organising, and even better that we raised a few quid between us for a very good cause. I enjoyed being the baseline 'stock'bike but was really impressed with what some of those hybrids were churning out, hats off to all you fellas. Cheers to you all, Shaun
