God it all sounds so difficult these days. When i passed my bike test, a guy with a clipboard stood on the street corner, observing me on left and right hand circuits. Then he jumped out for me to do an emergency stop, but he was that far away, i couldnt see him properly.

Bill that was my exact test, my mate fell off on his test out of sight of the examiner and still passed, he was on an XL100 in the wet on trail tyres.

Did mine on an RS100 with drum brakes front and rear - interesting. Then moved onto an LC350 with twin discs which felt fantastic in comparison. Now, i get off me Fazer onto the LC and it feels like it has bicycle brakes. I had a DT125LC with knobblies for when the LC was off the road (used it most of the time.................) and fell off it loads in the wet too. But it was good on the coal slacks!

If my Mrs can pass it you should have no probs ;D ;D when i did my last cbt the examiner was more leanient on females, probaly cos they see plenty of blokes mid 20's like my self that they know are going to thrash there bike every where as soon as they pass where as most females are more "sensable"

i borowed a cb125 twin for a month or so from a mate when i was 17 as my tzr125 had recently been writen off when parked out side my house, any way i recall the cb125 atcually being quickey and handled better than my old tzr125,the cb was an absolute rat bike with high milage and loads of rust but it atcualy went well.admittedly they look awfull but the one i borrowed simply refused to blow up,it was flat out every where i must of looked like a proper tramp lol

looks like i might aswell do my practical test either novermber or december seen as ive got next to no work, ive been recomended to a local firm who offer 3 days training then the test on the 4th day for £460 including the test fee and bike hire. does this sound reasonable?
