Hi girls................just a quick question .................n e one used Footman James Insurance I ask as i've just had a pretty damn good insurance quote from them for both bikes on a classic policy Low excesses n agreed value on RD

I've tried the other "cheap website" insurers like Elephant.com and compare the market.com
But none of em beat confused..........top banana

my 500 is with footman james, they are always cheapest for MY classic bikes but dont know what they are like if you make a claim though ! hope i dont ever find out steve

well...........footman james would of worked out best on the rd if i needed a claim as it would have been agreed value.But as u dont earn no claims on a classic policy that means if i left them after 2 years the R1 would cost a bomb to insure so.........tried a couple of other avenues but in the end stayed with current company as their price was the same and i earn no claims n the rd is only £36 fully comp did sum haggling too so excesses were matchin the classic policy of footman

You get a discount on all their insurances, (house, car, etc) from FJ if your an LC Club member...they don't offer NCB, but will give you a letter to verify you have never made a claim should you choose to go with someone else.

hi weaver.yep i know they will do u a letter.........but not all other companys will accept it which leaves u up pooh creek without a paddle
