Toecutter's bike was quite 'cool' from what I remember, didn't he carry Luke Goss on the back as well, before he got killed.

The Great Escape has to be the best but growing up as a lad in the 80s, with an AR80 and lusting after a GPZ900, Mr Cruise with Kelly McGillis on the back is up there for me.. ![](http://thumbsnap.com/s/WThWQf27.jpg)

... the first bike I thought of when I saw the thread was The big Zed that The Goose had in Mad Max.
Another great film is Restless Natives, where else can you see a GP100/125 getting chased by MK 2 Ford Escorts ! The full film is also on youtube. We watched it again recently, it is a realy good film.

Coogans Bluff had a pretty cool bike sequence. Think Eastwood did his own riding. goo.gl/images/7pPYUX

...its obviousely not a film, its just a video to a Meteors song, but a good "spot the old bikes video."...... im posative I spotted an air cooled RD ? I went to see the Meteors at Ayr, Pavillion, circa 1985, I still like listening to them. steven.

The XR 100 in Terminator 2 as reminded me of being 16 again, plus they dubbed it over with 2-stroke sounds ![](http://i.imgur.com/QNAegor.png)

That film was the only time I've enjoyed seeing a Harley. Arnie made it look cool. ![](http://i.imgur.com/E0uGuMk.png)

Ive been lead to believe the insurance was to much to let tom ride so hes in a trailor getting towed.

Always wondered - if all those lights are turned on at the same time does the battery melt and set light to the bike ? ![(rofl)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/rofl.png) And those mirrors remind me of when my Dad used to tow a caravan on holiday ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Dusty ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Surprised no one's mentioned the Ducati in the Matrix. Its a cool story, the GPZ and the Top Gun history. mikandersen.dk/index.php/top-gun-motorcykel/top-gun-bike-english-version Im Tom didnt manage to pull off anything in the Mission Impossible films but you cant deny he puts a lot of bikes in his films. The Ducatis in the Matric where an awful vile dark green colour IIRC? I know On Yer Bike Ducati took ages to sell their ones..
