Can you replace , kick start , gear selector , sprocket oil seals from the outside ? On a 125 lc

Assuming the same as an 80LC then yes.
The difficult part is getting them out without damaging anything.
A small hole drilled into opposite sides of them and a self tapper inserted into each hole may give you the pull you need.
Failing that you may have to be a little more creative!
Oh, and don't forget to drain the oil or it will come out faster than it is now!
