Hi all,
Just about to strip my 1982 80LC1 engine down for a 20 year refresh.
Been looking at worst-case scenarios and one of them is that I will need to replace the crank, only if damaged of course as bearings/rod can be done easily.
My question is, are the 80LC1 and 80LC2 cranks the same? Are the DT80LC1/2 cranks the same? Any others that will fit?

apparently lc2 are a stronger crank all will fit lc2 dt80lc 1+2

thanks. That's what I had read too.
I have the engine out now and the top end off and it seems the big end is in reasonable condition,
Although have yet to actually measure clearances and the clutch side at least hasn't been abused with a hammer (too much!)
