Its not an un commen mod racers do it . If its done properly it will give extra power . But if its a home done job it could be the reason its for sale and not on a bike .

Hmm, welll if I was going to do it I'd have all the edges smoothed off, not just like it'd had a hole knocked through with a 1/4 pound hammer!

i looked ant i thought it atcually lookes like its been done profesionaly,like norbo said if its a home job god only knows how it will perform,on a bike running a big carb ie 32mm or above its probaly a good mod.probaly not the cleverest mod for a road bike though

er i've had that done (professionally as part of the '+stage 3' tune) to my bike the hybrid ;D ;D ;D, it runs great and sounds brill. 'boyseen ports' there called (you'll find them on cheetah and cub barrels for the 350 lc + ypvs) and mine run from the inlet straight down to the crank shaft to give extra boost (there is plenty of other work in there too mainly crank work to benefit the above).
