Seen this queried before and thought I'd give it a bash as I'd done the shrouds before Knew the clear lens was boned into the molding so thought i'd try this way cut a good lens out a knackered cover around the lip which is double skinned Cut cracked lens out Ground around lens Dremeled out cover to fit lens checked fit Bonded on rear All done, just needs cleaned and some black gloss rubbed in the join. Need to fit an ignition surround to it now Steve

that looks just like from the factory, is there no way you can just replace the clear lens?

that looks just like from the factory, is there no way you can just replace the clear lens? Not without it looking different It looks like the lenses are placed in the mold then the black injected around them. The result is they have the black casting bonded above, below and all around so no way to get to the edges of the lens to replace it and have a 100% water proof joint Steve
