I am in the process of building a mk2 that I bought in bits and have now got to the stage where I want to fit the rear shocker. The lower mounting bush fits snug into the swing arm but the top mounting bracket is 8mm too wide. Is there a spacer or washer that fits between the bush and the mounting bracket. Any help would be much appreciated.

The top mounting bracket on frame is 48mm wide whilst swing arm mounting bracket is 40mm. Bushes in shocker are both 40mm top and bottom.

Thanks for that, on my frame I only have the outer tabs, the inner tabs or spacers have been removed. I have tried to attach pictures but cannot work out how to do it. Once again many thank,s will have to fit spacers.
