Is so, how does it come out? The parts manual indicates a bolt at the bottom of the exhaust, yet when i look at photos of 10W bikes/ exhausts there doesn't seem to be a bolt.

You can try to grind the weld away and hope the baffle is still the same shape as the removable ones then turn it into removable one by drill a hole in bottom to locate it.
