touch wood i think ive sorted my over heating problems, ive been thinking as my bike is pretty flat at low revs (its got a 66mm bore and a few tuning parts) ive been thinking of getting an old micron pipe thats designed for a 350lc/ypve and cutting it up and re~welding it all up to fit my 125lc,it may sound pointless but my theory is performance exhaust fot the 125lc were designed for the standard 56mm bore and not a big bore kit,the 350 shares the same bore size as my bigbore kit (66mm) so by fitting a 350 pipe it may have a better power delivery. any comments welcome?

You fit and run a 350 pipe on a 125 you only have to make a bracket for the hanger the flange at the front is the same . Its worth a go mate
