The annoying thing is that I could never afford one back in the day (I put all my money in to a new bike), so wont get any nostalgia factor from fitting it. Just from looking at them in magazine adverts and that Micron tuning special, Red full fairing bike someone featured. It will look nice on the bedroom wall when the Mrs leaves me

Jammy barsteward ;-)
I had one in the day and loved it. My fave by far.
Every mk1 should have one.
Cheers

Are you absolutely sure that's for an RD125LC ?. Is it stamped on the hanger ?. I've never seen one where the hanger bracket welds on half way down the body of the exhaust and the end can looks at the wrong angle to the main section of the pipe for an original small can Micron for a 125LC (correct one droops slightly) ??. And who bit a chunk out of the hanger ?

And who bit a chunk out of the hanger ? Thanks for the input. No I've never had or seen one before close-up. There are no markings on the bracket. It has some very fine shelf scratches on the back so it's been out of the box (box does says RD125LC) but I've just measured it and the bracket hole measures 4cm too far forward, compared to standard pipe. Oh dear, feel a bit of a tw#t, but good(lucky) use of forum knowledge hopefully get something sorted. I see what you mean this one does seem to bend up tighter

Well it's a good find , an original small can Micron for any bike, just gotta work out what it fits eh ? Not long ago I picked up a NOS Small Micron for an AR50. Got no idea what I'm going to do with it Oh and I have a NOS pair of small can Microns to fit an X7 hanging in the spare bedroom wardrobe...... lol

They came from a retired businessman on mainland, Ive been telling people for years I don't see them over here, then 2 turn up.
I also picked up one for my MB-5 and that has an old typed sticker on it, so hopefully no mistake there. This one has a much bigger downpipe diameter so it's got to be a 125 or for a 250/350 right side. I've been in touch with the bloke and he says he doesn't have another one that matches my dimensions. A bit annoying as I paid more for this on the premise it was an LC one.
