Hi All
I bought a mk1 to restore, am building back up but cant figure out what hold the top fairing in place, it didn't have fairing when I bought it..... I got the bracket that holds the headlight and bottom fairing rubbers, but what holdt the top on and makes it rigid ?

they are little z brackets mate and as rare has hens teeth,i do believe norbo posted he was getting some made up thou so might be worth getting in touch with him.

Hi there fellow rd125ld owner there is two z brackets that bolt to each side of the head light brackets with a short 6mm bolt then to the in side of the fairing with to more 6mm bolt thou the moulded plastic on each side I hope this helps

Here's one of mine. There are also large metal brackets(you can only see the edges in photo) that bolt to those smaller ones with the plastic lug sandwiched inbetween, they run up the fairing to keep screen and top half rigid. If the headlamp bracket or any of the metal brackets have been bent, it can be a pita to get the fairings lined up properly, especially in relation to the clocks and lamp adjustment screws.

AAHH Thanks fellas Museumman, don't suppose you have a pair of the bike your Braking ? If not I will contact NORBO, if he s got none al attempt to make a pair.....

Looks like there a bit thin on the ground..
Has anyone got a pair they could measure and post a sketch with sizes etc........
