TZr,r weak spark

hi guys ,
Ive got a tzr belgada that is difficult to start on the starter but bumps off ok .
The battery is good but when i look at the plug when spinning it over the spark looks very very weak , its a high mileage engine .
Im guessing electrics , what your thoughts guys .

i`m no expert, but if it were mine and just for starters.
i`d jump start it from a car battery.
swap the plug and plug cap.
remove plug cap and check spark from HT lead.
the idea being to eliminate the basics. good luck
