Reading this whilst sitting at the airport waiting to come home from the TT. Had a brilliant week and reckon the classic will be excellent.

I think your right going for the Manx, a bit more laid back and relaxed, the TT is too over crowded to make the best use of a sportsbike IMHO I visited the TT year back in the early/mid 90s and enjoyed it immensely, if the weathers good, the atmosphere is fantastic, this years was an epic. Slightly off topic, my Dad has been to the TT the last few years but this year, fell ill on day 1 of his holiday and until yesterday afternoon, had spent 9 days in Nobles hospital, resulting in him missing his ferry and me having to go out to bring him back home, this is him in my car in the grandstand area yesterday afternoon(you can still see his hospital tag on his wrist) after a "fast lap" in my car..He was far better off in Nobles than any UK hospital near us thats for sure.
We caught the 7.30am catamaran this morning, thats a quick thing but the price is a total rip off..I hope the Manx is a lot cheaper

Just come back from 2 1/2 weeks at the TT, was our 8th year in a row. Once you've been, it will get you Did the Classic last year too and doing it again this year with a group of Fizzy nuts (plus we're all taking bigger 2-strokes)

Nice to here all good reports on our island, the TT classic has turned the old MGP around with bigger number of visitors but not overcrowded like the TT. It really is a fantastic festival, unfortunately the steam racket company do their usual and hike up the prices. We live on the TT circuit in Crosby right on one of the fastest bends 180 mph in TT anyone who is coming over is welcome to watch from ours.

We are taking our modern bikes. The shame of it If you see us lot, we will either be on our Fizzies or a selection of larger 2-strokes (diesels strictly not allowed)

Looks like Keith will be on his LC 350 now as his modern bike is knackered, he will leave his truck in Liverpool.
