Full Vehicle History From DVLA

Hi,
I have in the past sent away to the DVLA for a full vehicle history for a couple of my bikes, but not for a good few years.
It used to be, you sent a cheque for £5 to the DVLA and asked them for a "full vehicle history" and a big brown envelope arrived with photo copies of every document the DVLA had on that vehicle.

Has anyone done it recently and knows the correct DVLA address?, cost etc, form number etc ? or is it still just a letter ?

Yep still the same and done a couple so far this year.

Just download the V888 form (address to send it to is on the form) and send it back with ya £5
