PJME - I've had a good few done and always been very happy with them, they are based in Wolverhapmton, so not quite in your area of choice, but postage/courier is only about £8.50 with hermes to send them
HTH

John the Bore from Gramps said my cylinder is damaged and needs fixing coz it will catch a ring, someone on the aircooled forum said nah just needs the port dressing and the ring doesnt go that far down....Im totally lost now dont know which direction to go

It maybe ok but looking at the general condition of the bore I would just have it re-lined. With damage like that my first question is how did it happen, its either a hamfisted porting attempt or its been caught by something which suggests its on an area thats loaded by the piston.
If you go through the cost of a rebore and piston and then there's a chance it wont be ok its not worth the risk.
