as ive just got back into the 125 lc bikes. im not to clue'd up about them. i had an A reg one years ago with an Allspeed , Air filter and ledar kit . it went really well as far as i can remember, been a long time lol. My new one is an imported 10W. would this be unrestricted and if so is it still worth putting a pipe on it, apart from the looks ?

If it's a 10W with a 10W pipe on it, then it will be unrestricted.
Do you know where it was imported from ?. What's the carb on it ?, 10W, 11Y ?.
It will go better in the power band with an aftermarket pipe (Allspeed, Micron etc.) but will be more peaky and flatter upto 6,000rpm.

yes it has a 10W exhaust and 10W carb, not sure about counrty of origin, think it may be german

Oh ok, if it has 10W stamped on it, that's it.
I think the German imports have 11Y stamped on the carbs, mine does.
