Good day all, Having a problem cold starting (RD350LC) when she is hot no problem, but starting from cold is a bitch. I read some where that all the holes in the carb bowl must be clean so stripped them one at a time and found the one carb bowl to be blanked off while the other is not.Is this correct or do i have the wrong bowl. Attached is the blanked off bowl. Thanks Mark

the one that isn't blanked off is the one that needs to go on the choke carb, the one that is blanked off goes on the right hand (clutch side) carb
Make sure the one with the hole is clear/clean, squirt some wd40 or the likes through the jet to make sure

Yep as Mutts says, if you've got the bowls on the wrong carbs, then you will have NO choke
