Norb,it's a rivet that fits a screen to a fairing,although not a rd screen, I been trying to find out as to how they are fitted,yesterday found that you need a special spreader tool,which I think opens locks the rivet to the fairing,they from the 80s, so now I'm trying to find what the required tool looks like,this is also been hard to trace.
