Hi guys. Looking for a rough guide as to carb settings as a starting point for my latest rebuild. Bike is a mk 2 125 lc running a brand new gibson allspeed and a 12A 00 carb. just need to know a starting point for main and pilot sizes as dont want to kill it before its even run in. Lol. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers gary

Assuming you'll be running the standard airbox and filter then yes, standard 195 main jet should be perfect.
Only thing I do with a standard 12A carb is set the needle position one clip richer (one slot nearer the pointed end). If it still runs clean/ok through the mid-range then leave it there (will be safer), if it splutters through unacceptably then set it back to standard.

Yeh its all standard airbox filter etc except the allspeed. Gotta check the carb first to see what jet is fitted though. Hopefully its the standard 195 then. Cheers for the replys
