My bike is fitted with a single-seat,and has no rear footpegs...i will be going for an M.O.T. soon and have heard that if the bike has no provision for a passenger it doesnt need a chain-guard... anyone know for sure and save me some hassle?

well done in the MOT mate . Not like a car one are they. If your car faills you know its going to cost but with a bike its never mutch to get a pass.
