ok chaps whats the best sealant to use when fitting a pattern head gasket, any advise most welcome cheers in advance.oh and probably a daft question but is it a thin smear on both sides of gasket?

threebond 1215 there is no better, beware of foreign fakes.
head gasket should only ever need the smallest amount

ok thanks just a very thin smear on both sides as to not block any passage ways i take it?

yep, mine been on for over 2 years now, pattern, threebond smear, no leaks
