Yes, It is true. They have been around for a couple of years now. I vapour blasted some engine cases for them back then.

Yep, I know these chaps building these bike from elsewhere in the 2-stroke world and they are true gents. Hopefully it will work out for them and they can get them rolling out. I'd get them pipes swept up a bit more if it were me

May as well build your own hybrid to the spec you want. For 20k I would rather have a standard 500lc and an rg500, or even get a VDue and 4LO.
Not one for me.

Yeah, I think it's fair to say that most on here (including myself) would spend £20k a bit differently (if we had it !)

and that aint it... is my feeling. Different strokes for different folks I guess, but Ive never 'got' that look. Must be an age thing LOL!
Arronmvrider is building a 443 in a ypvs frame that will have enough of that style but will be less 70s, and while its not been cheap he will have a fair portion of change from £20k.

I read all the posts before looking at the bike..... I for one am very pleasantly surprised how beautiful it looks. Smashing bike. But at 20k I fear sales will be very low......

Mr Peabody: Set the Wayback Machine for 1973 Ran TZ350's for Yama . then. WHY? would one want one now? Most similar sized 'Current' street bikes would leave a TZ350 fer Dead..pretty well Anywhere /Anyplace. Nifty toy for a few Bob but at 20K? A Fool's game imo

I agree with the comments above. For 20k you could take your pick of fully restored classic strokers like an H2 or an exotic Italian classic like a Moto Guzzi 750s3 and still have change for a tasty LC.

Very nice but I agree with those who said they can think of better ways to spend that sort of cash.

commendable that someone has done it but the price is a real killer, id rather build another hybrid myself, Athena 420 and rs250 front and rear would look darn nice and go just as well or better me thinks.

I couldnt do the pipes for them as I was to busy so I designed them and Mick Abbey built them. They wanted some in stainless after the article so I booked them in and they didnt turn up

They should be congratulated for their mission statement though. Sums up what most of us would want, but £20K? Can't see many of these selling.

We have a Hesketh here in Cayman at the Ugland motor museum..but can't get a ride on it though ..also the original Batmobile and the First ever Mercedes built amongst other notables...but seriously who does the frame for the Peregrine ? .looks very similar to a featherbed , particularly around the head stock and top rails.... just more raked.. guess they are a dead duck by now?

a bike like that, whether a peregrine (?) or a home built hybrid/tz replica is still a worthwhile bike to have, still quicker than a lot of current road bikes round a twisty road or race track when well ridden, one of the bike mags did a comparison test about three years ago between a NSR250 and the latest one litre bikes and there was only one of the one litre bikes (kawasaki if I remember right) that could set a faster lap than the NSR250 and that was damned close, the NSR was quicker than the rest !
